I don't really see hacking as because when it could of been hacking. Another player was hitting you at the same time. Meaning it could of just been the other player. Do you have any more evidence?

 

Not sure about hacks..
It looks as if you're lagging.
Do you have any other videos, that contain clear evidence?

 

JOCEYLYN_BRIAN User was my team mate maybe rewatch couple times you'll see hacks I had to before uploading

 

The video doesn't seem to have clear evidence of the user hacking.
In addition the report is invalid.
