[Op pvp]scamming[Lack of evidence]

i have been scammed for 5k on op pvp. the person who scammed me was _Zumei , i got pictures of proof that i payed and he scammed. i would like the money back or him being banned forever for this . i said in chat if anyone could buy me a rank and he said yes i will so i asked him 2500 and 2500 after but but told me 5k all up and he will buy the premium rank for me. please do something
