He said the players full IRL name (Whether it's correct or not)
But, I didn't see the player retaliate , or seem to care.

Alright, this is a tricky one. Players can get banned for giving out info without the other person's consent. But I have a good feeling that Genius already told Rachet his name. I mean, they've both been on this server for quite awhile now. It kind of only makes sense.
But getting to the point, giving out private info without the other person's permission is definitely bannable. I did not watch through the video, but if you feel like it should be a bannable offense, go ahead and ban him.

 

What is Going on mods?

I personally warned Rachet ingame. Got his consent of never doing this again.
