A description of what rule they broke/how they broke it: By scamming in KitPvP, I wanted an upgrade and I have 760 money in the bank so I asked some people and bry5318 said he does upgrades, I wanted premium for 650 dollars. It was a deal, but I payed him and he logged and whenever he is on and I come on he sees me and logs off. Still haven't gotten premium, can I get my money back?
