mattychung scamming

A description of what rule they broke/how they broke it: scammed me 3k honestly i dont even know if scamming isent aloud but everyones always getting reported for scamming any way... so i was buying 6 stacks of exp bottles for 3k and i payed then he just logged out not sure if he lost connection or what but i hit print screen when i payed him and i waited 20 minutes for him to get back on ill put in the screen shot. but i still havent gotten what i payed for
