3. A description of what rule they broke/how they broke it: I was buying a tyrant pick off him, he took my 50bil then trolled me saying how he was "untouchable" and cant be banned.. :(

Possible rules that could be in question include but are not limited to:

scamming. he has scammed soo many people and got away with it :( this has to stop

 

Admitting it sadly isnt enough evidence do you have anymore evidence.

witness aren't enough evidence. You need evidence of the agreement to the deal, transaction of the deal and what happen after the transaction.
