    Said he would sell me an old/glitched lycaon for 80 bill then said it was in his invantory and he would give it to me when i payed when i invseed him there was no lycaon when confronted he logged off.

    Do you have more proof? There is no proof they had it, nor that they "didnt" give it to you. I suggest in the future recording all trades.
