      This is obviously a player who wanted to be a rebel and built a Nazi sign in his/her plot. This can be very rude to other players and even remind people of the war and possibly make them cry/kill themselves/or get angry i do stuff they should not.       Sorry but we cant really do anything, we know this is inappropriate but anyone could of built that and we need proof that exact person did build that .
