A description of what rule they broke/how they broke it: He made me pay him 17 bil for a old alpha pic he said if I pay him 10 bil he drops the pic then i pay him 10 bil then he says now 7 bil then I pay him 7 bil then I say drop the pic he doesn't drop it and says give me your voter keys I give that to him then he says give me 7 bil or I report you and says hid freind will ban me.
4. Evidence/screenshots. my evidence is i payed him 17 bil i do not know if you can see that but my bal went down 17 bil
