    2. The offender's ingame name: dino_MineC
    3. A description of what rule they broke/how they broke it: They scammed me and that is under being ethical. They said they would give me a kit god for 7$ but they didn't give me the kit god when I payed them the 7$. He even admitted that he scammed me. And if you can please pay me back 7$.
