Your ingame name: Rizs Moderator name: DaddyHF A description of what rule they broke/how they broke it: DaddyHF abused his powers of flight by repeatedly killing people with his bow while floating in the air. Even if they were not attacking people but were merely being attacked. He also flew up into the air to eat a golden apple as multiple people were attacking him and (I assume) nearly killing him. I was sadly unable to get any screenshots of this as it did not cross my mind to do so at the time. He asked somebody for their sword even though it has not yet been listen as contraband and no word has been given that we can not keep the swords. I took the stone sword and ran off before getting jailed for 30 minutes. He then muted me (for an hour) for telling someone else to not give him their sword, since as I said above, it has not yet been listed as contraband by anyone of major authority. After this he kicked people for language when they deliberately censored or removed parts of the curse meaning that if there is a listed rule for no cursing then they should be fine. He kicked people for standing in front of a jail cell and for holding a sword without asking for the sword first. All of the jails were to my knowledge 30 minutes long including the one for the person standing in front of a jail cell. Daddy was also disrespectful to a new player (in my opinion at least) asking questions about becoming a guard and what the sapling kit was used for. I think that this is unacceptable behavior for a moderator and I humbly request that action be taken when possible. I am not sure who did it, but I am guessing DaddyHF did as he was the only guard online at the time.

As for the killing with a bow, he said it was for people to stop fighting, the bow had punch 2. The contraband list probably wasn't up yet due to the server being relatively new, and likely still counts as contraband. Censored cursing is practically still cursing, the point is across, and that's the point. If you think he's disrespectful, and I fully get that's your opinion, but when you have a ton of things to take care of (I'm assuming) having someone ask questions that could be answered by walking around or asking someone else, it's a bit annoying. Plus, he's there to maintain order, not guide people through a step-by-step of how to play the game. I remember I think I saw somewhere killing a guard is bad or something, I don't remember. That was probably in the first prison, along with the contraband list.
Not to accuse anybody of lying but if the bow only had punch 2 then how come its arrows were on fire and killing unarmored people in one shot? It is true that the list is not up yet but until then technically nothing is contraband. But neither of you said anything to justify jailing people for standing in front of a jail, my accusation of Daddy abusing his flying to avoid death, or the rampant kicks instead of jailing or asking for the sword since that is what was done for contraband in the old prison. Also since you say you did not mute me again I will give you the benefit of the doubt, however, I was still muted again and I do not understand why that happened.
I was just jailed again for "refusing to give swords" even though I had a wooden sword out which Daddy had moments earlier said are allowed, and I was never asked to give him a sword. I then asked again "why was I jailed for a wooden sword?" since I had been ignored (or unseen) the previous times before being muted for 25 minutes by Daddy. Daddy also neglected to ask me for the wooden sword after I entered the jail even though he did so for multiple other people who he jailed. I know there is an iron one but as I said in my post I never showed the iron one. I merely kept it there incase a real threat attacked me.
Note the iron sword... I'll go by sentence. 1: He has mentioned something about people getting killed, but I don't recall what. 2: Don't most servers have a rule called use common sense? Isn't it also common sense to use common sense? 3: Earlier you stated that people were only getting kicked. Why change?

Is what was said and multiple people he shot were not fighting but were running away from someone chasing them or standing still (such as in my case). Nearly none of the servers I have been on have a rule like that (perhaps a coincidence) and it is indeed common sense to use common sense however in the case of server rules they are so widely varied (cursing allowed and no cursing and the same with griefing allowed/not allowed) that it is idiotic to try to apply common sense to rules. Daddy, /invsee and jailing someone for a sword is both idiotic and in my opinion abusing your powers. Unless of course you decide to /invsee the other players and jail them for their swords instead of just focusing on me. Edit: I also may have to go soon as it is quite late for me here.

Alright, thanks Parkour. Daddy I missed the first part there, however I have already stated that I did not hold the sword in any way shape or form. The person I was fighting was using an enchanted iron axe and iron sword to try and keep his sword hidden. You must of mixed up what we were holding. I am fine with being in the jail it is the reason I was jailed for that I dislike though.
Parkour I later stated that the person in front of the jail was jailed himself and I said how I was jailed as well. I apologize for not clarifying that point though.
