Sureee, in a few parts of this i was a floor above or below you and you instantly came right to where i was

 

i was comeing down to get food from the chest and i saw the particals.

 

This is pretty much nothing. No evidence at all- the person could have just easily seen your invis. particles.

 

This is not enough proof to ban them, as they could see your invisibility potion.
