babblast95 and jwswat got into my base by a near warp and came into my house. Earlier, I had given babblast95 permissions and had forgotten to undo them. My brother (who stayed at my base) found them and attempted to trap them and they stole all of our food, several stacks of diamond, gold, and emerald blocks, a dragon egg and multiple stacks of god apples. My brother told me and I got on and asked for them back, but he said gimme 5 million dollars. I said that I didn't have that sort of money and I offered 1 million. (I had known babblast95 through a friend of mine) He said "DEAL" and I payed him. He said and 1 million to my pal, jwswat too and I payed and told him to give my stuff back. He claimed that it was a glitch and I had actually not and he didn't get it. I checked my balance to see if he was right. I told him that I did pay. Then he asked for 100k more for him. I reluctantly payed him the money and he typed in all caps, "SCAMMED SUCKER!" I told him he'd be sorry and came here to examine the rules. Sure enough, it said: Do not scam anyone under any circumstances. and I was extremely enraged. Please tell me if this is allowed and if you can ban him in any way.
