    3. A description of what rule they broke/how they broke it: Using a sword because no guards are on knowing that swords are not allowed & after I asked him to stop said you can't do anything about it. Which I classify as Disrespect

    Swords are only contraband if a guard sees them. If there are none on at the time nothing can be done. This inflicts with the new RolePlay bullcrap.

    With the staff already at a good limit you don't have a very good chance right now at getting Guard / Mod. When they do need apps and staff they will announce it.
