    2. The offender's ingame name: ruffer1st
    3. A description of what rule they broke/how they broke: advertising / Spamming

    Swearing, at me & others after telling to get lost, Not obeying the rules, Avertising, Spamming, with Nick on this one, Can a Mod ban & archive this with Nick's permission?
