Like you can see on the screen i pay charlierobe1 1000$ he say that he want to buy rank elite for me for 2300$. He say that i must pay him 1000$ than he gone buy it on the site and than i must pay him 1300$ but i pay him 1000$ and than he ignore me and 5 minutes later he leave the server and now i lose 1000$.
actually i got 2 question. 1) Can he get a ban and 2) can i have my money back
