Do you have any evidence of him saying something like "Tpa for a minecraft server" or something like that? That screenshot, yes, it shows advertising but you didn't screenshot a specific person doing it.

 

No, i do not. he did advertise in chat though

 

There's really nothing I can do without proof of him doing it.
