Um this really doesn't show the player ban evading. Do you have solid evidence?

Skype messages are easily forged to frame someone.. For instance, He could have had a friend change his name to E8four4 or chosen the "edit message" option somewhere on the right > ' - ' >

 

And @J-Stone5000 Why not focus on a different server. You already are banned on all 3 of your accounts, MCPDDaniel/englanddd/englandj
