[Rachet]MinkyChinky // Bastir Ban Evading

I would just like to say that MinkyChinky has 27k on his MinkyChinky account that he doesn't deserve. I think that he's balance should be wiped, but it isn't my choice.

2. The offender's ingame name: MinkyChinky and Bastir
3. A description of what rule they broke/how they broke it: Ban evading/Major scamming. Although I don't have proof of him scamming on he's account 'MinkyChinky', I do know that he has 27k he didn't earn. Also, Bastir was banned for scamming. The only way to confirm he is Bastir is to IP check. @CypriotMerks

The account is a CRACKED ACCOUNT- he doesn't care about it so he decided to scam on it. I know this.

You wait for the IP check. I hope Minky gets what he deserves; a ban and his money reset. It wouldn't be fair to have him be banned, appeal and come back with 27k.

Sorry, but none of us can do IP checks at the moment, when this is fixed, I will inform you, please feel free to create another report in the future when this bug is fixed.
