Kinda hard to see but all these screen shots were taking all when we were fighting and he was taking no knockback at all. I do have pixelmon installed with a sidemod of pixelmon called IV's and EV's. This mod does not affect public server like this one. It only affects modded server that have the mod Pixelmon installed.
