      The only way they can grief is if the land was not protected. It is obviously not protected...

      I was protecting it but he hacked and teleported to me and destroyed it!

      He was also threatining me and duplicating things he said he had heaps of accounts so he didnt care if he got banned

      You have provided no proof of the claims you have set forth. You claim he is hacking but do not provide proof. He cannot bypass claimed land. The land is not claimed, so the griefing is legal.
