Offender's IGN: Oniontacobean (He is using Elvinar to evade his ban)

Evidence:
Oniontacobean is currently lobby banned, but he made a report on OP Factions recently... How?
No idea.. he is clearly ban evading because he was banned from the lobby before OP Factions was even released. He couldn't have recorded this before he got banned.

Ok so it says that Oniontacobean is lobby banned but in the video it might seem like it was him but he was actually in a Skype call with Davisabog,PrattGames,Elvanor and Me we were all playing OP Factions besides Onion he actually screamed like that cause he beet Strafen (Go to youtube and type Strafin) on Kohi Cubecore.

You don't have evidence that it was Oniontacobean. Basically you are using just a video to prove that it's him when it could be another persons video. I need solid evidence.

 

Get a higher staff member to check their IPs.

 

I'm assuming the only reason this report hasn't been handled yet is because we don't know his exact IGN, and although you told us we can't ban a random player because he was accused of ban evading.
Not saying I don't trust you, but you never know.
