I called him a stupid retard cuz he scammed me.. Didn't mean 2 say it but yeah, I would appreciate it if u took action because he broke a big rule

Sorry but you have a severe lack of evidence. Many screenshots need to be provided if you are going to use screenshots, but a video of the entire transaction is preferred.

This is what is required for a scam to be punishable:

-Proof of the deal agreed upon by both parties

-Payment from either player

-Proof of lack of return payment from agreed party

-Proof of no receipt of payment from returned party Not limited but to include them logging off and not paying you later but you still reporting them even though they held up the bargain.

This is why screenshots are hard to enforce as they lack a ton of required information that is needed.
