Currently, she has few active ban appeals.
Not every mod can be doing their ban appeals 24/7, we most likely tend to forget they're there; plus we have a life as well.

 

I tell people to appeal, but if they don't appeal, I don't have appeals.

 

Then that shows none of her bans appealed. Trust me, she does reports.

 

You can only do your own appeal.
