I'm assuming he put the bow in his echest as flare was coming for him. Flare? He saw the bow Creeper and then what happened exactly?
I put it in a chest and I was like ok jail me so he takes the bow and leaves me unjailed I would've prefered going to jail and keeping the bow...
Unfortunately you go to jail either way and the bow is taken Creeperz... If he didn't jail you, you got of easy.

I looked in his invs he had his bow there, Power 4 unbreaking 3 and infitiy. He said Let me get it, He was making a new one (with the same name). Proof. So I went into his enderchest and took the real bow ( He Used ).
He never saw me with the bow if he did show me the screenshot. I killed someone with it he was nowhere around me I even checked and all of a sudden creeper give me the bow. like WTF?!
There's no proof you so me use it and there's no proof you were even in the area where I was and you weren't you just took it off me because the whole servers been saying you've been giving guard armour and you wanted to get payback on me for saying you gave out guard armour to people because you did!
So, let me get this straight. You saw him in game killing people with the bow, you then jailed him (not taking the bow first). He replaced the bow he had with a different bow, but named the same thing. You then took the bow that he used out of his enderchest, knowing that that is the bow that he used. Please correct me if I am wrong.
Correct. I didn't jail him first though saw him with the bow And I hovered over the bow it was a enchant. He said I put it away, Let me get it. So I Waited When He said take it from my inv it was just a unbreaking 1 bow, Meaning he swapped the bow. I asked please give me the right bow, he said this is. so I looked in his enderchest and I took it.
