So. Sadly the screenshots provided are too far away to actually see the glide hacker's IGN. Do I believe you, yes. Can I ban without undeniable proof that I have to see? No. It is nothing against you but I need to see the IGN clearly. I recommend getting Optifine so you can zoom in on people and that will make their IGN clear. As for the Spam/Caps, I/any other mod reading this will mute them for a certain amount of time for their behavior in chat when we find them online.
