As for the kill aura and the ensuing conversations here, I have mixed feelings about it. It appears so, but there's always the chance some spam. If he is flailing, then he might not hack. If he isn't flailing, and goes in your direction, then it might be hacks. My opinion.

Unfortunately the player does not look like he is hacking, you have no armor on, and it is very easy to see particle affects of potions.
