Oh if he doesn't get banned thats unfair to other people that have been reported for the same thing.

My advice would be to ban him, and see what he says on his appeal. But if it isn't hacks, that would be unfair to him... My advice would be to ask Pile first... :/

 

I know where this part of the map is on Halloween, this part is accessible to humans without glide, but is really difficult to get to... I have tested this my self and only managed to get on it once ..
