This isnt rate abuse

 

3 Negative things in a row in the same minute is rate abuse

 

When kubasliz did that to me it was not counted as rate abuse, but i never like rate abuse, so i guess you have my support.

 

No such rule as "3 negatives in a minute". Rate abuse is classified as several (over 4-5) negative ratings.

 

I've been banned on the forums for "rate abusing" by putting 2 negative ratings on the same person. So I think this report holds.

P.S. Why is this in Kit PvP?
