Kit PvP tp trap[Lack of Evidence]

3. A description of what rule they broke/how they broke it: They tp trapped me. We made 2 fights before this fight. Then he tells me to 1v1 again. I said "ok wait let me get a fix from a god rank" then he says "tp" then i tp'ed to him, and ended up getting tp trapped as shown in the clip.
