Unless there was a really good reason to get rid of this command I don't see why they took it out. It was very useful when trying to go from kitpvp to oppvp or from survival to skyblock. So yeah I want it back.
It was removed to prevent bots from accessing said gamemode, I believe sando has stated this in the discord multiple times if you're in the server. (Either way being /op, /server mv-oppvp, etc). while it's not a 100% success rate to stop bots, I'm not sure how often bots show up now to make it worth keeping. I'm also not sure if this is a temporary solution or not, so it may return at some point.
seeing as we had quite a large botting situation earlier tonight i think it’s best to keep it disabled for now.
Bots have always been an issue, don't know why they decided to do it rn. But hey if it decreases the number of bots I guess its a win
I agree that using "/" to travel from a gamemode to another was nice, but as Sabrina said, I think it's best to have it disabled to avoid bots.
I've talked with crew and he has added it back to all gamemodes. It was a temporary measure Crew put in place when he saw bots online yesterday. /<gamemode> is still, and will stay, blacklisted on Lobby though. Thanks for letting us know anyway. Thread has been moved to Reports - Archive.
