Got Sando to do an alt check and it turns out the user is on a VPN. However, we will be constantly checking to see if they get on their original IP again.

We've been continuously alt checking the person and they still show up on their own IP. Therefore we can't really do anything. We will continue to check but this report will be closed for now.
