Kit PvP SuteroTheWolf and Jacksonnfelt[Lack of Evidence] [Accept]

We only accept video evidence when it comes to tp trapping in order to accept the report.

As regards to the tp trapping, everything they did here is allowed. You are allowed to randomly tp players to you and kill them as long as they are not making it sound like they are trying to lure you in from false information. E.g. Teleporting players for a drop party but killing them instead.
