2. The offender's exact ingame name: Xateo
3. A description of what rule they broke/how they broke it: This person didn't break a rule, but is making me like him or he will ban me. This is very worrying and I think he could be a pedophile or killer. It was on skyward, but you guys do not have a prefix yet for that.
4. Evidence/full screenshots: I have a full screen shot right here, how may would you like me to send it?

The proof you have submitted isn't enough to get this user punished. Please keep in mind that /ignore is a command and if you feel this user is annoying you then you can simply do that.
