Skyblock Problem with scam in skyblock[Lack of Evidence]

Time of scam: Between 17.00 - 18.00 CET

Today i got scammed in skyblock by LamoidZombieDog. I paid 20.000 $ for 40 grass. After i paid her, she simply left. Later i went to check if she was online, and she was. I asked her to give me the grass or pay me back my money. She didn't respond and then she joined an other gamemode. (i think it was kitpvp) I then wrote in the chat, that you shouldn't trade with her because she's a scammer. She replied saying "stfu i didn't scam you." or something like that.

If it's possible for you to check the transactions on her account, you will find that she recieved 20.000 $ from me and she didn't give me the grass in return.

Unfortunately i don't have screenshots, but i hope you can help.
