3. A description of what rule they broke/how they broke it: Mass spamming in the chat

Side note: I've listed everyone's name that spammed. That may not be enough to get everyone muted, but should get certain people punished hopefully. Also, if it is not a problem could you specify (if not publicly, then privately) which ones were punished? Just for future reference to me what qualifies for a report like this.

_HampeF 2nd offence (warned for spamming before)
asianfred 2nd offence (muted for spamming before)

osvaldravn 1st offence

 

Since osval said "pay 69 or banned" it would count under blackmail.
Osval is being banned.
