On the contrary, people are getting DDoSed. Anyone who is "OP" and has a public Skype has been "hit off" while in combat thus causing them to lag out and their attacker is able to kill & collect thier things.

 

Okay, since people apparently are confused... DDoS'ing is illegal and is not something to joke around with.
