He knows hes getting banned he gives fac leadership to someone else and says ill be on later with another account known as akaghost

I understand how you may have felt threatened by him saying that, but simply this is not enough evidence. I will tag three other moderators for there opinions, to make sure this the correct action.

I don't really see this as a threat, I see this as him trying to warn you in a way? I don't know how he knew there would be bots on later or if it even happened. But I wouldn't punish this player.
