Good Afternoon _DudeXon, unfortunately we can not ban based on what a player said unless they have broken the chat rules. After watching this video, I did not see any hacks when you and the player were fighting. I am gonna mark this as Insufficient Evidence, but please report this player again if new evidence if taken.
