OP PvP The same hacker as last night with a new account[Already Banned]

Use this forum to report a player for breaking any rule. Please include:

3. A description of what rule they broke/how they broke it: They have every hack in the book and they're using alts to avoid a ban

I was trolling the last guy kydon who was banned yesterday for hacks and when I get on this guy targets me and starts insulting me the exact same way and knew who I was. I dont have proof but im almost certain he or she is ban evading and even if not I have a video of them hacking anyways
