2. Game mode that the bug and/or glitch is effecting: Prison
   
3. Description of the bug and/or glitch: When I try to rankup it says I don't have any more rankup's available when i'm only Veteran.

5. Steps to reproduce the glitch: I don't know if this is effecting everyone or just me? do /rankup or see how much the cost is on the right of the screen.
