Video/screenshot of the glitch: Cannot provide any as my work laptop cannot do this properly. Steps to reproduce the glitch: Open private vault, place any given item from your inventory into any of your private vault. Close the private vault, then open it again. The item will not be there any longer and cannot be retrieved by left or right clicking on the slot.
