3. A description of what rule they broke/how they broke it: Macro. He was still fighting me when he healed himself. ilay(idk the rest) was afk and has been online since almost 1 hour and a half and right after the fight, I msged RektUrFace to ask him if he healed colemonkey and he said no.

Did you ask the other titan whether that person healed him or not?

 

I asked him multiple times, never answered. Even when I came, later on, he or she was still saying nothing in chat or even responding to me.
