3. Description of the bug and/or glitch: If you do /friends or /staff , you can get the head you hover over with the steps given at 5.

5. Steps to reproduce the glitch: Either go to /friends or /staff,hover over the head you want and press the following keys - E/cancel,Shift and left click all at the same time.It should come out as the video shows.It might take quite some time.

E as in open inventory and cancel as in escape I'm assuming.
