3. A description of what rule they broke/how they broke it: glitch abusing (He had glass panes, the only way to get them is by abusing a glitch)

(I made a video where I did the same thing he did to get the glass panes)
(Lower the sound in the video, there's annoying and loud sounds and voices)

 

This does not prove he was the one to glitch them in.
