I personally can't see any hacking within this video. Can you pinpoint certain times within the video in which they were hacking?

I watched it all, yes.

I see some sketchy parts, but nothing that I would call "hacking".

 

If you did, I don't need to tell you at what times these players were hacking
If you didn't saw hacking, you can lock & deny the report for lack of evidence
