Unfortunately, since he didn't tell you to tpa for something (ex: "TPA for armor"), this isn't considered a tp trap. Its not nice, but not against the rules. Also, you were the one who requested to tpa, when you do that, you risk getting killed. Closing for lack of evidence, sorry.
