      My in-game name: Flames83
      Perpetrator's in-game name: Salty_duck_sauce (i don't believe they have a forums account)
      Rule Broken: Scamming people out of Donor tier weapons on GTA. Scammed happybutler255 out of 10 torches with the promise of a feather, which he never gave him. Scammed Orlando2100 out of multiple torches, not sure what the exact deal was.
