Fly Hacking [Pay][Lack of Evidence]

Use this forum to report a player for breaking any rule. Please include:

1. Your ingame name: zoestar6
2. The offender's exact ingame name: Otedama
3. A description of what rule they broke/how they broke it: They were clearly fly hacking towards the island I was on.

Not for sure if this is enough evidence but I tried to screenshot the picture to catch them. I hope this is enough.
