Is this the right screenshot? I don't see anyone saying your name, however I do see profanity. Perhaps this screenshot was for a different report?

 

Looks like I just managed to get some shots with him being abusive.

We can only take action is we have screenshots/video evidence of the player breaking a rule. From what you have here, the players can be punished for disrespect and profanity. Chat history is not looked into when reporting someone, sorry.
